Purpose of Role:

As a Product Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the Product Head/ Manager for the delivery of multiple programs/ product development in the organization. Assisting them on complete product life cycle, from concept to execution of the product(s) across products/product lines that drive better customer experience, differentiation and profitability.

Areas of Responsibility:

Market Research:

Competitor benchmarking and guide the product head with road map. Leverage data and customer feedback/insight to understand problems, identify trends and areas for product improvement and accordingly strategize, define and prioritize product initiatives for action.

New Product Development:

Build key features in the product and increase NPS. Create, manage, and support new product development roadmap. Seek feedback from sales and project teams and incorporate in product development and enhancements.

Training & Development:

Constant Training to internal team stakeholders on technical product aspects. Manage all forms of product specific content & training content for internal teams. 

Technical Competencies: Technical knowledge about core areas- AI, ML & DL. Product Knowledge, Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Power point.

Functional Competencies: Problem Solving, Analytical skills & Communication. Subject Matter Expert (A deep understanding on AI, ML &DL- Concepts & Processes) is preferable.

Availability:

Should be available to work on weekends, if needed. Compensatory off will be provided in lieu of weekend working.
