CORPORATE GURUKUL TO ASSESS OVER 66,000 STUDENTS ON INDUSTRY-READINESS

Corporate Gurukul has partnered with MeritTrac (India’s #1 Skills Assessment Company) to assess over 66,000 students on soft skills and industry-readiness. This project is undertaken by Orissa E-Governance Services Limited (a joint undertaking by Govt. of Orissa and ILFS). The assessment spans over 10 months in 30 districts in Orissa covering over 220 training centres. The pilot project was rolled out in April’ 2009. This pan-Orissa project aims at improving the employability and industry-readiness of youth in Orissa.

Teams from Corporate Gurukul and MeritTrac met the Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Naveen Patnaik to sign the MoU and discuss various employability training and assessment initiatives.
