Corporate Gurukul conducts L&D Interventions for Larsen and Toubro (L&T)

Corporate Gurukul conducted the first round of workshops for junior and middle managers of L&T Kansbahal. The workshops include competency assessment and development in Leadership and Team Work. These 3 month intervention will have 12 sessions covering areas like competency assessment and identification of skill gap followed by training on intrapersonal skills, team work, writing skills and presentation skills.

The cross functional teams formed for the training, cover various departments within L&T from sales and marketing, to operations and IT.
