GLOBAL IMMERSION PROGRAMME FOR ITM BUSINESS SCHOOL

68 management graduates from ITM Business School - Chennai and ITM Business School (HR) - Mumbai had an amazing experience in Singapore as part of the Global Immersion Programme at National University of Singapore.
Participants completed projects on 'Design Thinking for Business Innovation' and also presented their projects to faculty from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Interaction with stakeholders and empathizing in a cross-cultural environment was one of the key challenges most participants faced as part of their project work. Some of the findings and key insights on business and workforce in Singapore was deeply appreciated by the faculty.
Global Immersion Programme (GIP) is designed for management graduates who are keen to undertake real-world hands-on projects using Design Thinking approach in a cross-cultural environment @ Singapore with two of the world's top universities - Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and National University of Singapore.
