IIM INDORE: #DAY 1 SLOT AMONG STARTS UPS

Early this year, IIM Indore invited Corporate Gurukul to hire candidates from the prestigious institute.
More freshly-minted MBA graduates from top B-schools are choosing startups. The focus has shifted from the traditional top recruiters, investment banks, have shifted the focus from the high-paying finance sector to startups which offer an immersive learning journey.
First startup on campus, Corporate Gurukul kick started the placement season by hiring 3 candidates for strategy, digital marketing and new international initiatives. All hires join the management team of Corporate Gurukul.
Corporate Gurukul’s Managing Director, Mr. Panda remarks, “It’s important to be unconventional. For us, it’s not important for the candidate to have a strong CV with good educational background and achievements. Candidates with the right cultural fit and strong values and, of course, with the passion to make a difference are who we seek.”
